Each morning, I enjoyed the daily breakfast buffet, which presented a delightful range of options — from traditional Indian dishes to continental fare. What truly stood out was their innovative use of spices; dishes incorporated rich flavors of cardamom and cinnamon, adding a unique twist to familiar favorites. On one occasion, I savored a vegetarian curry, where the harmonious blend of black pepper and cloves elevated the taste to a new level. With attentive staff, led by the remarkable Ms. Poonam, I felt truly cared for. Each meal was not just sustenance; it was an integral part of my culinary adventure in Port Blair. I look forward to returning.
